Is my optic coved under Northtac's Lifetime Warranty?

Our Lifetime Warranty backs all Northtac Inc. products. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. We will repair or replace your Northtac product at no charge if it becomes manufacturing defective. If Northtac determines that your product is not repairable to our standard of high-quality working condition, we will replace it with a brand new product.

Northtac products are warranted to be free of defects in materials and quality by the Northtac Lifetime Warranty. This warranty applies to the first owner and is subject to the original purchase receipt. The warranty applies explicitly to the optic's metal structure, it's housing, and optical illumination system. Batteries, although included, are not covered under this warranty. In the event of a confirmed defect under this warranty, we will, at our option, repair, replace, or provide customer credit for all defective products. Northtac reserves the right to make substitutions for similar product/s if a warrantied model is no longer in production. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply to (a) asserted defects caused by normal wear and tear of any part including knobs, finish, accidents, neglect, misuse, abuse, etc.; (b) claimed defects caused by modification including; aftermarket finishes, unauthorized service, improper maintenance, acts of Nature; and (c) claimed defects involving subjective personal likes or judgments.

Only Certified Northtac Technicians can perform maintenance or repairs on any Northtac optic. Any modifications, maintenance, or repairs by someone other than a Certified Northtac Technician will void the warranty.

* Northtac Lifetime Warranty does not cover deliberately or cosmetically damaged products (determined at the discretion of Northtac). Northtac Inc. is not obligated to replace products that are lost, stolen, or misplaced.
