How do I make a return?
Need to send in your Northtac optic? Follow these steps to begin the process.
Step 1: Troubleshooting: Visit our FAQ/Troubleshootingpage for answers to common questions about our products. If you feel your problem persists move to step 2.
Step 2: Return Request If the problem can not be fixed, please fill out our Return Request Form and include all necessary information requested.
Step 3: Prepare Shipment
- Place optic in a sturdy corrugated box
- Place a copy of the following information in the package:
- Name
- Return Address
- RMA #
- Phone #
- Brief description of the Issue
- Fill open areas of the box with fill material like newspaper or bubble wrap
- Tape up the package and apply the label
Packing and shipping tips:
- Avoid duct-taping or shrink-wrapping the optic
- Please don't use shredded paper or packing peanut fill
- Ensure there is no broken glass in the box
Step 4: Return Shipment Ship your product to the following address:
Northtac Inc.
Attn: Warranty Department

Step 5: Awaiting Return Shipment Northtac will evaluate your product and repair or replace it at no charge. (Turnaround time will vary, but we do our best to return your optics quickly. Theft or loss of a product is not covered.)
