How do I begin the process for refund or credit?

Northtac wants you to be satisfied with the products you purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, you may request a return for a refund/credit. The 30-day return period begins the day items are ordered. Returns requested outside of this period will not be accepted. Any item(s) that are damaged due to reasons not covered under our warranty will not be accepted for a refund/credit. All shipping charges are non-refundable. We will process your return within 3-5 business days of receipt of item(s) and apply a credit to your original payment method or store credit. You will receive an email once this transaction has been completed. A credit will appear on your following statement depending on the issuing bank and billing cycle if a full refund is requested.

Timeframes
Credit or Refund: Once we have confirmed that all returned items are present (entire package contents; batteries excluded) and in the condition is as reported, we will issue a credit or refund to your account. Credits will generally post back to your account within 10-15 business days. If the package's entire contents are not returned, you may be deducted the difference of the missing items.
